In 2017 New Theatre Royal, Portsmouth started staging Christmas Musicals.

 

Dubbed 'extravaganza theatre', these productions were rich in storytelling, vivid in colour and costumes, and used a musical theatre soundtrack to paint the theatrical atmosphere.

 

Hayley created and choreographed the staging for all the production numbers, with a cast in excess of 30 performers

Taking inspiration from the golden era of Hollywood, the ensemble numbers were created to capture the style and grace of that time.

Hayley created the shape and choreography for the big production numbers in Trinity Laban’s staging of this musical.  

 

From the groovy and playful ‘Our House’, through to the calypso beats of 'Wings of a Dove', and not forgetting the - almost feral - feel of 'Baggy Trousers' with youth at it’s heart, this vibrant company of players brought Camden to the Albany Theatre in the summer of 2023.​​

In it's final outing before Covid, The New Theatre Royal staged a lavish production of the festive fairytale The Nutcracker.

Again drawing on a contemporary musical theatre soundtrack, our professional lead company worked alongside local youth talent to create the many worlds and stories within the show.

 

Hayley created the choreography and staging for the productions musical numbers. 

A wonderful take on the age old story, with an empowered Tiger Lily running the outpost of Neverland.
